Suggested Attire
In order to stick to the pole you need skin, you must wear short shorts that come down no lower than mid-thigh. A cropped, form-fitting tank, spaghetti strap top, or sports bra is mandatory. Dress code is strictly enforced. No shoes are worn in Pole Dance Circuit. Do not use body lotion prior to or on the day of your class; you will slide off the pole and damage the finish on the poles. No rings or bracelets as they will scratch the poles.

Pole Dance Circuit promises a well-rounded workout challenging your strength, flexibility and endurance. This class merges the athletic with the artistic. While maintaining form and proper mechanics, we explore musicality, flow and self-expression. We are excited to offer 1 hour sampler classes on December 10. No previous experience is necessary. Classes at 4:45pm and 5:45pm.
For dancers with pole dance experience, we will also offer a Pole Jam. The jam will include a led warm-up and then supervised time to review and practice previously learned material. Jam 7-8:30pm.
Pre-registration is required.
