First opening it’s doors in 2010, Open Space Studio director and founder Nicole Purtell sought to provide a fun and safe environment for children to learn dance and express their creativity, regardless of their socio-economic status. Since that first year, the studio has granted scholarships to 15-18% of the studio’s total enrollment every year.
