Find wellness through movement in DanceFit60+!
Improve your balance, strength, coordination, flexibility, and functional mobility through dance-based exercises. Although this class is geared towards people aged 60+, all are welcome. Class will be led by dancer, Pilates instructor, and trained physical therapist, Liz Roncka. All Boston University classes are open to the public. No dance experience required.
