Operations Director

– Knowledge of/familiarity with management and operations of nonprofit arts organizations, with minimum 8 years experience
– Experience working in Microsoft Office, Excel, Donor Perfect, Quickbooks, Constant Contact, Box
– You anticipate, initiate, and advance multiple priorities and projects concurrently
– Excellent reading, writing and communication skills
– Ability to work events and meetings, some of which occur at night or on the weekends
– You have a respectful communication style and can effectively communicate with individuals of varied ages, cultural and educational backgrounds
– Manage the big-picture and small details as well as the necessary multi-tasking and high pace of action at the organization, while staying focused on the relationships with the team and the clients we serve
