School Administrative Manager at Urbanity

Deliver excellent customer service as the lead interface with parents and students, including assisting with registration and billing (in person, via email and phone) and communicating school-related information and updates to families
Lead administrative processes involving School registration and enrollment on the Amilia database platform
Conduct regular enrollment, attendance, and waitlist reporting and analysis on Youth and Adult classes for Director of Education and Managing Director
Manage School budget and provide regular status updates to Director of Education and Managing Director
In collaboration with Director of Education, schedule classes across three studios and update class offerings in Amilia
In collaboration with the Director of Education, manage Urbanity’s Access for All Scholarship Fund
Coordinate student performances including year-end Student Showcase, quarterly Adult Showcases, Youth Company and Hip Hop Crew performances
