Joe Gonzalez will teach an open Int-Adv class as part of the Midday Shuffle.  This modern-contemporary class will explore movement and emotional contents together. Finding your honest intention while exploring single initiation and the reaction and follow-through of the entire body, and exploring the space and how we can push and pull it around ourselves. We will move fully through the body in a continuous motion as we discover how making one motion’s ending can be another’s beginning.
