Lincoln Parks and Recreation is offering an African Dance Workshop with Alice Heller on Thursday, October 18 from 7:30 – 9:00 pm at Bemis Hall.  African dance to live drumming in a small community : traditional west African techniques including a full body warm up and jam circle at the end.
