No painting experience needed! Participants design and create their own dance/performance unitards. Perfect for dancers or performing artists, with hands-on demonstrations and one-on-one guidance.

Participants learn how to pattern suits using dyes, acrylics, masks and stencils, and will discover ways of layering pattern to create a more powerful impact.

Basil El Halwagy creates unique patterned characters called Fine Art Superheroes. El Halwagy created performances for the Boston Convention and Exhibition Center, The Boston Foundation and The Outside The Box Festival, and photography from the Fine Art Superhero project is currently on display in America to Zanizbar, Muslim Cultures near and Far, at the Children’s Museum of Mahattan.
