Pro/Motion – week of January 29

Hello BDA Community,

I imagine you’ve been easing back into the groove and making lots of moves this January, which also marks Financial Wellness Month – an important time to consider our financial situation and aspirations for the year ahead.

At Boston Dance Alliance (BDA), supporting dancers’ financial wellness is one of our main aims. And in 2023, over 50 fiscally-sponsored dancers & dance companies received nearly $330,000 through our fiscal sponsorship program.

As you check out the upcoming dance opportunities highlighted in this week’s newsletter, we encourage you to also explore BDA’s fiscal sponsorship program. We stand ready to help put you on the pathway to improved financial wellness in 2024.

“On the good foot,”

Aaron Myers, Interim Executive Director
