I am a director, choreographer, and teacher. I am starting a multi-generational dance and theater company in Salem. I am looking for folks 8-80 years old with all different levels of experience with dance. I will be starting rehearsals in April for 2 new works created for the Salem Arts Festival June 7th, 8th, and 9th, 2019.
The Auditions will be held on March 30th. You will be asked to freestyle with a group, to learn a short piece of choreography and bring a move you love to do. Please remember I am looking for all kinds of folks. I try to make my auditions as fun as possible.
About me, I have been creating theater and dance for almost 30 years (www.thrance.info) I have been teaching Thrance since 2013 (www.thrance.com). My choreographic style is Funky, theatrical, jazzy, contemporary.
