Join the musicians and dancers of Music From The Sole for a lively community workshop in body percussion and movement! Open to all ages and abilities, the workshop begins with the basics of body percussion—stomps, claps, snaps, and vocal sounds—then builds into a short, layered percussive piece inspired by Afro-Brazilian rhythms.

The event is free and open to all, with all ages and ability levels welcome. You won’t need any music or dance experience or special equipment to enjoy this workshop! Please wear comfortable clothes.
