Come to reflect inward and process outward. This expressive dance workshop will include meditation, guided discussion, physical exploration, and an informal showing of an excerpt of My Guide to Feeling It All, Angelina Benitez’s new work for The Click. All bodies, all ages, and levels of movement experience are welcome. Children under the age of 12 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian.

This workshop is pay what you can: no one will be turned away for lack of funds.
