This dance improvisation workshop is designed for anyone wanting an intensive experience of dance as a creative art experience. The beauty of Windhover and nearby sea and rocky coastline will provide an environment for creating movement forms individually and in groups. The work is based on principles of dance developed by somatic dance pioneer, Barbara Mettler (1907-2002) Teacher Mary Ann Brehm was Mettler’s teaching assistant and has offered this workshop at Windhover since 2014. Participants with all levels of experience are welcome.

This is a residential workshop with accommodations on-site at Windhover.

This fee include both tuition and overnight accommodations and daytime use of Windhover.
