Pairing II: An Interactive Dance and Food Event
If biting into a caramelized onion tart with Gruyere and thyme while watching a dance called “Kneading” sounds interesting, then don’t miss “Pairing II”.
Continuum Dance Project is creating a sequel to its extremely successful 2015 site-specific interactive dance and food event which took place at a unique Victorian house.
“Pairing II” reunites choreographers Adriane Brayton and Fernadina Chan with chef Dani Coleman to collaborate on a brand new dance/food menu for a unique sensory experience. This is an artistic social event where the audience gets to watch dances in unconventional spaces; sample the culinary art inspired by the dances; and socialize while comparing their take on the pairing with each other over food and drink.
Continuum Dance Project is a consortium of Boston Arts Academy alum choreographers and dancers collaborating and exploring new choreography presented in both traditional and unconventional venues.
