This class includes a growing curriculum of Rueda vocabulary, for example – formats of 2×2, 3×3, 4×4, inside and outside circles, linear, and other styles which are taught by a select group of Cuban teachers in Europe. The emphasis is primarily on enjoyment and every class includes actual dancing of the introduced material to the best of Cuban Timba music. Rueda de Casino is a Cuban social dance in which two, three, four, or even more couples dance together to Timba, or Salsa music.
