Capoeira is an Afro-Brazilian art form that combines elements of dance, martial arts, music and acrobatics into a fluid game between two players. Training capoeira develops stamina, flexibility, strength, and self-awareness. This introductory class will teach you the fundamentals of this 400 year old practice. All ages and levels of experience are welcome. Please wear loose, comfortable clothing and sneakers.
