A whole-body single workout that strengthens, conditions, and increases flexibility as you develop your static pole and aerial skills. Class will include: a thorough warm-up, conditioning and flexibility exercises on the mat and barre, floorwork and a combination of strength and dance-based techniques on the pole. A variety of classes are offered at different times and days in a safe and nurturing environment. All levels welcome; classes of varying levels are available.
