Hello BDA Community,
As much as we’re enjoying dancing our way through the Summer, we’re also excited about dancing into the Fall. Among the season’s many opportunities to move is BDA’s annual Open Call Auditions and Dancer Wellness Day, which we’re in the process of finalizing and will share more details soon.
In the meantime, we’re excited to announce that we’ll be partnering with The Dance Complex to convene an array of local presenters together with dance artists and audience members to highlight all of the exciting dance performances taking place in/around town through mid-2025.
Entitled “Fall into Dance 2024,” this gathering will take place at The Dance Complex on the evening of Friday September 27 and is part of BDA’s ongoing efforts to build audiences for dance while also promoting & supporting local dancers in partnership with like-minded organizations.
While the event line-up of presenters and a link for registration is coming in early September, for now please hold the date and let’s make it one to remember!
Thank you,
Aaron Myers, Executive Director
