In desperate straits due to covid-19? The Mellon Artist Relief program has re-opened for grants. They define “dire financial emergencies” as lack or imminent endangerment of essentials such as housing, medicine, childcare and food. This is not project money. There are three upcoming cycles with deadlines October 21, November 18 and December 10.

Lions Jaw along with MIT Performing explore “re-orientations for performance, queer arrivals and pursuits through and after the pandemic” in a series of online panels. The talks, with changing speakers, are Thursday October 8 and Friday October 9 at 5, and Saturday October 10 at 3.  ASL provided at each session.
