Good news from the Massachusetts Cultural Council! The governing body has voted to adopt the Agency’s Fiscal Year 2022 Spending Plan, providing the state agency authorization to invest a total of $28,960,206 into the Commonwealth’s cultural sector through a slate of grant programs and professional services to bolster cultural nonprofit organizations, individual artists, schools, and communities.
Mass Cultural Council will seek to award $24 million in grant funding while investing $4.9 million into service delivery and administrative expenses this fiscal year (July 1, 2021 – June 30, 2022).
