Metamovements is excited to welcome back Afro Cuban Performing Artist and Scholar Yesenia Selier for workshops designed to help you dive in and enjoy Afro-Cuban dances with an opportunity to learn choreography created by Yesenia! Join us to develop your body movement through training skills in Afro Cuban Movement & Rumba Fusion!

7pm-9pm: One hour Afro Cuban Fusion Movement workhops (including Makuta and Columbia)
9pm-10pm: Choreo Project rehearsal with Yesenia (participants should attend first two workshops. Choreo Project slots still available)

About the Choreo Project Rehearsal: Yesenia will be teaching choreography based on the moves learned in the Afro-Cuban movement workshops. Those interested will train in this choreography weekly with a local MetaMovements Coach, Lady Eli Pabon… while Yesenia sends footage and coaching over video.
