This class will explore current trends and best practices in promoting artistic projects. Topics of discussion will include: social media, newsletters, printed promotional material, and building relationships with media outlets. Participants will workshop how to write about their work with the perspective of the public/audience in mind, and how best to create media that accurately reflects their body of work and communicates their voice across all media.
