I will begin with little warm up and then give a little biography of the dances
Come and enjoy East African cultural dances with totally a different touch , different feel,different energy and different sound , we are going to have dances from Uganda ,Kenya , Tanzania, Rwanda and Burundi Dances are performed by all ages ( young and old ) with both gender (men & women )

The remaining minutes after the workshop ,I play my solo Harp so that the participants cool down there bodies after a very warm dance class
