This beginner-intermediate class will start with a somatic warm-up that blends basic ballet with modern and Afro-Haitian styles. Participants will move across the floor using a mix of technical, linear Horton movements and fluid Haitian Folkloric. Class will culminate in a brief combination, utilizing many of the movements explored throughout the warm-up and floor work.
