THE MOVEMENT is a community, health and wellness, conscious-dance experience. This workshop is designed to help students to quiet their minds and step into their bodies, addressing issues of mental health, anxiety and depression as major concerns in our communities. Participants will get their bodies moving in an upbeat and naturally energizing manner through guided yoga and a liberating dance. A space for expression, healing, reflection, dialogue and inspiration! All levels. All Welcome! (Please bring a yoga mat)
